  • For ongoing services such as digital marketing or SEO, refunds will be considered based on the unused portion of the service.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development projects that have already started.
  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.
  • Completed services where the client has expressed satisfaction.
